Application process at
Noor Vision
If everything fits, you will receive an invitation to an interview. We usually conduct this via video using Microsoft Teams.
Â
After four weeks at the latest, we will give you feedback on your application - and invite you to an interview on site or a video call if necessary. We would now like to get to know you personally.
After a positive first interview, we invite you back. You have already made a very good impression - and we would now like to discuss the details of a possible collaboration. Colleagues from your potential team will usually join us now.
One or two days after the second interview, we will tell you whether we can imagine working together. If it suits both sides, we will send you a draft of your employment contract, first as a draft by e-mail and then - if you agree - directly signed by post.
